What we do
Premier Property Services Houston provides property maintenance, turns, make readies, and repair services for single-family rentals and multifamily properties across Houston. We coordinate scopes, scheduling, access, and close-out for property managers, and we rely on trade partners who can work inside that system.
What we are looking for
- Show up on time and communicate clearly
- Provide clean, consistent workmanship
- Can share photo documentation before and after
- Can price labor and materials transparently
- Carry insurance and can provide a COI when requested
- Can handle fast turn timelines when needed
How the flow works
- We send you a work request with location, scope, and any access notes.
- You confirm availability and provide pricing when required.
- We schedule access and you complete the work.
- You send completion photos and notes for our records.
- We approve and pay based on the agreed terms and documentation.
If you are a subcontractor crew that prefers to work under a lead vendor, that is fine. Apply and note your trade, capacity, and preferred areas.
